An email acknowledgement will be sent to you when the GTAC processes your request. This acknowledgement will contain a case number, subject, and current case status.

For future correspondence regarding this technical support inquiry please reply using the Acknowledgement email or use the case number in the subject field that you receive in the Acknowledgement email. Please be sure to enclose your case number in parenthesis, example (00400000).
